Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order through the Shop on Willem-Dirk.com You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping/ Postage
Shipping is charged for domestic shipping only and the fee is shown at the checkout. There is a standard postage fee charged for Domestic postage within Australia.
International Shipping
This book cannot be shipped internationally at this stage. For any international enquiries, please email willem@willem-dirk.com
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to let you know it’s been dispatched. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days from receiving the dispatch email, please contact us at willem@willem-dirk.com with your name and order number – we’ll check out what may be up.
Refunds and exchanges
Please email willem@willem-dirk.com if you have a refund request. There is a strict no refund policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us willem@willem-dirk.com with your order number and a photo of the condition upon delivery. We will address your case and work with you toward an outcome.
The expected processing time to assess returns is 10 business days.
